Shipping Information:

At Arela Swimwear LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:

Shipping Methods:
• We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
• Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12pm EST are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST or on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays are shipped the next business day.
• During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Express Shipping
• We offer a paid 2nd Day service. Price depends on the state. You can see accurate fees in the checkout.
• This service can not be requested or paid after the order is placed.
Order Tracking:
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
• You can track the status of your order through the provided tracking number.
Customs and Duties:
• For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country's authorities.

Return
We want you to be satisfied with your Arela Swimwear purchase. However, If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policies below:

• Click here to request a return up to 14 days after you receive the order.
• All items tagged as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
• All items must be returned in the original package, unused, unstained, unwashed, and with all tags.
• Arela Swimwear reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned items have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way.
• Currently we don't offer exchanges. However, you can return for a refund.
• Shipping fees (both standard and express) are non-refundable.
• All returns shipped to our warehouse will be refunded within 3-5 business days after the package is received by our warehouse.
• All refunds will be issued directly to the payment method.

• Request your return here.
• Enter your order number and the zip code where it was shipped.
• Choose each of the items you need to return and the reason.
• Print the prepaid label we provide. Package and mail in your return.
• Mail your return within the next 15 days.
Otherwise, the label will be automatically disabled and your return request cancelled.
• Get your refund in 3-5 business days after the package is received by our warehouse.
You will be automatically notified via email.

NOTE: you will be deducted a $12.00 USD fee from your refund.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

2. Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for your request.

Non-Returnable Items:
• For hygiene reasons, swimwear bottoms, and one-piece swimsuits with removed hygiene seals are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective.
Damaged or Defective Items:
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
